How accessible are wi-fi radios? Are they easy or difficult for totally blind people to use? Are some models easier to use than others? If so which models?

If they're difficult for blind people to use, is there any speech software that can be installed to them?

If there is software that can be installed to wi-fi radios, is it model-specific?
